After a 33-5 season, including an 11-1 District 19-6A championship run, the Seven Lakes boys’ basketball team has raked in the accolades.
Seven Lakes earned the following All-District awards from District 19-6A coaches:
Coach of the Year: Shannon Heston, Seven Lakes
MVP: AJ Bates, sophomore, Seven Lakes
Offensive Player of the Year: Tahaad Davis, senior, Seven Lakes
Tompkins (24-10, 10-2) placed second in district and landed one player among then special honorees. And third-place Mayde Creek (25-11, 8-4) also earned one special award.
Defensive Player of the Year: Nick Lancit, senior, Tompkins
Newcomer: Christian Jones, freshman, Mayde Creek
