KATY, TX [April 4, 2025] – Due to potential severe weather, the Katy ISD 39th Annual Folk Life Festival, scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at the Kenneth D. Welch Outdoor Learning Center, has been cancelled. This event will not be rescheduled this year.
