International Plantscape Grants Pucci Platinum Award For Design In Collaboration With Natura
PUCCI Café has been awarded the platinum honor for their stunning living plant walls in the International Plantscape Awards. The recognition comes from I-Plants Magazine and is featured in its latest issue. The contest judged interior plantscape design, installation, creativity, renovation and innovation completed between January 1, 2020 and December 7, 2022. PUCCI opened in Katy, Texas in the LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in September 2022. The standout project took more than a year to design in collaboration with Natura and gin design group.
PUCCI stood out for their two exterior living walls, interior moss wall, interior plants and replica plants hanging from their racks and ceilings. Customers are greeted by the luscious exterior walls upon arrival in the parking lot, while the hanging plants decorate the coffee bar inside and the moss wall adorns details on the company’s mission wall which includes a pictures of dogs looking for forever homes.
Projects were judged by a group of interior landscaping experts. All entries were blind judged and scored on their own merit. The design category was judged on the enhancement to the environment, adherence to design standards, creativity, environmental considerations, maintenance considerations, quality of materials, biophilic design attributes and safety considerations. Award winners earn a designation of gold or platinum based on points scored from information and photos provided.
PUCCI is a high-end luxury dog boutique and coffee shop.
