Healed fracture of the nasal bones and possible healed trauma to the left cheek region. Found wearing a brown fleece vest; blue zip-up, “Wrangler” brand, hooded jacket with “ESD&C” logo on left chest, size 36 x 32; blue shorts; black, “Puma” brand sneakers; and black belt with silver-colored metallic grommets.
