Local Table And Local Bar Unveil Grand Flagship Location In Cinco Ranch, Expansion Continues

Family Favorite Prepares To Move Cinco Ranch Location To New Innovative Space

One of Cinco Ranch’s beloved family restaurants, Local Table, is gearing up for its big move early this Fall at 24033 Cinco Ranch Blvd. located outside the La Centerra shopping center, across from Cinco Ranch High School. Construction is underway in the 14,500 square foot building that will soon house their flagship restaurant and the first Local Table and Local Bar combo.

The relocation of their popular Cinco Ranch location comes on the cusp of a major expansion for the restaurant group called Eat Local Concepts. As the group prepares to expand into The Woodlands later this year, they first wanted to reestablish the original location before they move forward with their new project.

“It was important for us to take a step back to evaluate what’s most important to us. As we began to prioritize, we realized we wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of our Cinco Ranch neighbors. They’ve really laid the foundation for us to create a fresh and sustainable brand,” said brothers Neima and Shervin Sharifi, co-owners of Local Table.

Each location brings something unique to its specific neighborhood. At the new Cinco Ranch location, there will be a massive patio that will be perfect for dining al fresco throughout the year and will house the largest private dining room of all the locations and will be able to accommodate up to 60 people.

Local Table is known as a place where many families celebrate all of life’s milestones including anniversaries, baby showers, graduation parties, etc. Customers can expect a variety of gluten free and vegetarian dishes like the Texas Caviar Salad, Honey Ginger-Roasted Brussels Sprouts Salad and the Local Farmers Market Salad, a variety of wood stone pizzas, wraps, tacos, sandwiches, pitas, and many delicious vegan options to choose from.

With a major expansion plan ahead, the group remains committed to giving back to their neighbors and supporting local organizations while focusing on the next generation of foodies.

The brains behind these operations consist of brothers Shervin Sharifi and Neima Sharifi and their cousins and brother-trio Ashkan Nowamooz, Arash Noamouz, and Alex Nowamooz. Executive chef Sue Nowamooz oversees the menu and its development for each location. Beverage director Lindsey Martin oversees the beverage programs and creates innovative offerings for Local Bar, the 21 and up concept that houses additional cocktails and a larger wine list.

The family owned and operated restaurant group first introduced the concept in Cinco Ranch in April 2016, and later launched in Cypress in 2018, Fulshear in 2020, Garden Oaks / Oak Forest in 2021, and is slated to open in The Woodlands in 2022.

Last year, Local Table opened its fourth location in Garden Oaks / Oak Forest (2003 West 34th St.) and announced plans for a fifth location in The Woodlands (4223 Research Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381).
