ADDITIONAL IDENTIFIERS:

Healed fractures of the face and lower jaw (right side). May have resulted in deformities that are recognizable.

CASE DETAILS:

The decedent was found in an advanced state of decomposition inside an abandoned building where he was believed to be living. People in the area knew a Black man, possibly in his 60’s, approximately 5’5″ tall and going by the name “Jamaica” had lived in the building. The decedent was found without any identification.
