For help to be truly effective, today it is important to adhere to a systematic approach in its provision. If companies are developing a socially responsible strategy, then it is necessary to invest in initiatives on an ongoing basis. The social program for the protection of children’s health is precisely the direction to which not much attention is paid in Ukraine. At the same time, this aspect is very important for the harmonious development of society. Taking into account various factors, social programs in Cyprus provide equal opportunities for the development of children in various sports fields. For the Parimatch Foundation, this is not just a PR move, but an indicator of a responsible approach to doing business.
What social initiatives Parimatch implementing today?
If we consider the mission of the charitable foundation, then it is to form a healthy and conscientious generation in the country. More information about the goals and initiatives of the fund can be found at parimatch.foundation/en/. The charitable foundation regularly publishes news about its activities, which allows you to follow the development of its projects. Social initiatives Parimatch helps to socialize children with disabilities, as well as develop leadership skills and the ability to work in a team among the younger generation. The Foundation aims to improve the health of young Ukrainians, as well as increase their physical activity.
Modern social initiatives in sports are presented as follows:
- payment of monthly scholarships from the foundation;
- conducting inclusive training;
- organization of classes with a personal trainer;
- improving work skills for physical education teachers!
Social initiatives in sports make it possible to gain access to services that the state provides by default in European countries, but in Ukraine, they are still difficult to access or inaccessible at all. As practice shows, for a company to become a socially responsible business, it is not enough to simply declare an appropriate decision. Development in this area will require a long-term strategy and short-term initiatives. The Parimatch Foundation also responds quickly to changes in the general situation in the country, therefore, after the start of the coronavirus pandemic, personal protective equipment was purchased for hospitals in the capital, as well as Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions, which only once again emphasizes the relevance of the initiatives.
