The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce’s Business and Professional Division will host an informative event, “How to Attract & Retain Employees” with Owner/Principal of HR in Alignment, Mike Dobert. This session, moderated by King Banerjee, FBCC Business & Professional Division Chair, will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the chamber office.
Is your company struggling to find employees or keep the ones you have? If yes, you will want to be a part of this session where Mike speaks on creating and executing an employer brand, talent sourcing, the critical role organizational culture plays in your business and the importance of employee engagement. Participants will learn the unique ways to set your business apart from others, making employees want to work for your company.
Mike Dobert, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Owner of HR in Alignment, LLC, has more than 25 years in private industry human resource experience across several business sectors. During his career, he has held many dual roles in addition to Senior Human Resources Leadership roles including additional appointments as Director of Finance, State Operations Director, Quality & Strategy, and Multicultural Marketing having led to high degree of business acumen and the ability to leverage HR services as a strategic business partner. Mike received his BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and has earned his certification as a Senior Human Resource Professional (S.P.H.R.), and SHRM–SCP.

The event is $25 for an Individual Member Reservation. This event is exclusive to Fort Bend Chamber Members only.
