The Katy Wine Fest is returning for its 16th year, with wine tasting, live musical entertainment, and fun-filled silent and live auctions benefiting the Brookwood Community Center for Learning.
The event takes place from 7-10 p.m. Oct. 8 at Gallery Furniture, 7227 West Grand Parkway South in Richmond.
“The Katy Wine Fest is the perfect special date night or girls’ night out, which supports an amazing cause. Throughout the years, the Cinco Ranch Rotary Club has raised more than $120,000 to support the Brookwood Center for Learning, and we look forward to another successful year in 2021,” Bari Saunders, event chair, said.
The event highlights a variety of wines from Texas, Napa Valley, the Pacific Northwest, and around the world. The event will also feature a craft beer garden along with light bites from several Katy and West Houston restaurants.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Cinco Ranch Rotary Club for the continuous support they provide the Brookwood Community through our Center for Learning,” Vivian Shudde, Katy Wine Fest CEO, said. “The funds raised by the Katy Wine Fest allow us the opportunity to share The Brookwood Way with others and to further our mission of creating meaningful work, building a sense of belonging, and awakening genuine purpose in the lives of adults with disabilities.”
Designated driver admission is $25; advanced general admission is $50, and day of general admission is $60.
