Houston Business Welcomes New Owners

Christi and Bryce Florence join Home Instead as new owners to help older adults in local community

Home Instead, the leading provider of in-home care for older adults, welcomes new owners, Christi and Bryce Florence, to the Houston office.

Christi and Bryce Florence are proud to join the Home Instead team, a company whose strong family-centered values align closely with their own. They have a desire to give back in a meaningful way and Home Instead’s purpose to help seniors safely stay in their home as they age inspired both Christi and Bryce to join the franchise and its network of CAREGivers. Christi is a registered nurse and has worked in an emergency room and a pediatric neurosurgery clinic. Bryce comes from a background in engineering, with experience in developing residential neighborhoods in the Central Texas region. They both have a passion for serving others and are excited to have the opportunity to serve their community through Home Instead.

The Houston office serves seniors and their families in north and northwest Houston and is located at 13105 Northwest Fwy, Suite 103, Houston, TX  77040.

“I am extremely excited and humbled to continue to provide care and support the needs of Houston area seniors,” said Christi Florence. “Playing such a critical role in helping our neighbors feel safe and comfortable in their own homes, while also building strong relationships with our local community, is an incredibly rewarding experience.”

Home Instead provides personalized care, support and education to help enhance the lives of older adults and their families. The Houston office serves clients with dedicated staff members and professional CAREGivers. It is part of the largest in-home care network in the country.

“Now more than ever, we are experiencing a surge in demand for in-home care services – and the need only continues to grow alongside the aging population,” Bryce Florence said. “Our mission at Home Instead is to provide the highest-quality care for seniors and ensure they are able to age confidently at home. The service and companionship that our CAREGivers provide play an important role in helping to combat isolation and loneliness, both of which have become particularly prevalent in the past year.”

Along with personalized care, Home Instead provides resources and materials to families in the community. These resources offer information and guidance on aging-related issues. Much of these materials are free and available to anyone through the office website.
