When Katy-area Realtor Ginny Vitovsky of JPAR – The Sears Group was presented with a cash award of $2,021 as Cane Island’s top-producing agent for the first quarter of 2021, she knew right away what she would do with a portion of the money.
An avid supporter of The Ballard House, Ginny donated a portion of her top-producer award to the Katy organization dedicated to providing temporary housing with a warm, safe environment for individuals and their families who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for a serious medical condition. Her husband Jerry also serves on The Ballard House board of directors.
“My career in real estate has given me an opportunity to give back in so many ways,” she explains. “Giving in general is my life passion.”
As for Cane Island, Ginny says the community of new homes checks everything her clients are looking for, regardless of their stage in life.
