Young Adult Advisory Councils

In recognition of National Adopt-a-Cat Month, library staff want to make sure new feline friends have a place to call home by demonstrating how to build a cat castle. Learn how to recycle cardboard boxes into abodes that kitties will want to move into. Hear about local animal shelters and rescues, and get tips that will be helpful for potential adopters. In recognition of the Summer Reading Challenge theme of “Tails & Tales,” enjoy this fun, personality-based online quiz. Are you a Cerberus or a Minotuar? Get a book recommendation based on your result! A link to the online quiz will be posted on the scheduled date.
