Johnson Development is continuing the “Best of the ‘Burbs” home tour this month, with more than 120 model homes open throughout Houston. Visitors also have the chance to pick up a scratch-off ticket and possibly win $100,000.
Johnson Development’s “Best of the ‘Burbs” home tour continues into May, opening the doors to more than 120 models throughout Houston — including more than 30 in the west Houston area.
Homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free. In addition to touring model homes filled with the latest design trends, eventgoers can also register to receive a scratch-off ticket for the chance to win $100,000 (one registration per model per family each day). “We’ve added in this second month because interest in new homes is so strong right now,” said Christen Johnson, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Johnson Development. “For the year, new-home sales are up 66.8 percent nationwide, and we’re certainly seeing similar demand at our communities. Having the home tour open two months accommodates social distancing and gives prospective buyers the opportunity to meet with a sales representative one-on-one.”
The three west Houston communities include Cross Creek Ranch, Jordan Ranch and Willow Creek Farms.
