$500 Grand Purse
Entry fee $250 per team. There will be limited spots each 25′ x 25′
Friday afternoon will be set-up and cooking with max of 4 people per team
Saturday will be Judging and then cookoff open to the public
Categories: Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, and Chef’s Choice
Stick Burners and individual spices only. No pellet or gas smokers, etc. and no store-bought rubs
All teams will supply own meat and recommended to supply samples for the public
*Meat must be sealed and will be checked before smoking
