Homicide Investigators Release Photos Of Vehicle Used In North Harris County Murder

Homicide investigators need the publics help in locating a vehicle used in the murder of a local man.

On Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office deputies were dispatched to the 21600 block of Falvel Lake Drive in reference to a shooting.

Upon their arrival at the location they discovered a male, now identified as David Rowan,33, who had been shot inside a vehicle.

It was learned Rowan and another individual had just pulled into the driveway of a residence when a black sedan pulled up.

An unknown suspect(s) exited the sedan and shot into the complainant’s vehicle multiple times, striking Rowan.

He was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital and later pronounced deceased.

HCSO Homicide Investigators are working to determine a motive for the shooting. No suspect description is available at this time and the only vehicle description is a dark colored, 4 door sedan.
