Fort Bend Chamber Adds Two Valuable Programs for Members

Companies are only as successful as their ability to attract a viable workforce. Although employees may be drawn to the company’s reputation, recruiting and retaining an impactful team predicts future success. One way to accomplish this is to offer a robust benefits package to employees. However, benefits packages come at a premium, and administration can be onerous.

The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce is launching two new programs to help small to medium-sized businesses in offering employee benefits packages. Payentry will help businesses create tailored health plans for their employees, while Lincoln Financial Group will provide Chamber members with a unique 401(k) administration opportunity.  Programs that may have been cost-prohibitive or high maintenance in the past are now available to chamber members in an affordable and managed program that will allow business owners to focus their efforts on running their operations.  These programs will remove the administrative burden and control cost overhead while offering enticing benefits to employees that may have been previously unavailable.

The Payentry Employee Benefit Packages may include the following:

  • Health Insurance
    • Dental
    • Vision
    • Life
    • Disability
    • Legal Plans
    • Flexible Spending Plans
    • Cobra Administration
    • Workers Compensation
    • Benefit Advocacy

Payentry also offers online Benefit Enrollment & Administration that streamlines the enrollment process for companies and simplifies it for employees – by eliminating paper forms and manual processes.

In addition to the Employee Benefits Program, we are excited to announce that the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Lincoln Financial to offer our members an exclusive 401(k) plan program.  This benefit is available to both chamber members with an existing employee 401(k) plan as well as chamber members who are considering adopting an employee 401(k) plan. The benefits of working with Lincoln Financial may mean a reduction in costs in comparison to other 401(k) vendors as well as outsourcing of plan administration and liabilities.
