Veterans Business Force Launches by Network In Action in Houston

Strategic Business Advisor Rallying Veteran Business Owners to Align

Network In Action (NIA) is a national franchise comprised of over 70 groups across the country that creates marketplace alliances via membership in these elite groups, featuring a qualified business advisor and leadership business coach, to directly manage business owners for mutual benefit. The model is unique to the industry based on its proprietary technology, structured once-a-month gatherings, and active point system referral platform.

Kathy Bowersox of Houston currently leads the Network In Action Business Force operation and is launching the Veterans Business Force group that will be comprised of 25+ veteran-owned businesses in the Greater Houston area. She was recently featured on a local radio show to discuss her vision with one of her newest clients, a United States Marine Corps Veteran.

“When I was building the Sugar Land Business Force group, a veteran I spoke with mentioned that he would love to have a group that brought veterans together to network and support each other to grow their businesses, but that he did not have time to build it.  I knew at that moment, that would be my next group,” Bowersox said.  She further stated, “I’m a patriot and have great respect for our veterans and the sacrifices they have made; and I see bringing veterans together in this group to grow their businesses and success as just one way I can thank them for their service.”

Taking a modern approach to networking, NIA’s revolutionary internal website and smartphone app allow members to pass and track referrals with ease, start discussions with other members, post status updates and more. The app helps to streamline the referral process for NIA members by giving them the ability to connect in real-time. It is also the only networking organization offering a guaranteed return on investment (ROI) through a simple calculation method based off members’ commitment to attending monthly meetings and passing referrals.

“At Network In Action we pride ourselves across the country at watching our franchise owners lead charitable community service projects. Many of those involve veterans’ groups. In Houston, Texas, Kathy Bowersox has taken it to a whole new level. She is the first franchise owner in the country who is building out a networking group exclusively for veterans,” founder Scott Talley commented.  Talley stated, “We would like to have at least one veterans’ group in every city in the country, but I needed a great group leader to make it happen. Kathy is passionate about helping veterans and their families and has the business experience to add so much value.”

The Veterans Business Force will be holding its launch meeting on January 14th at 3:00 in the Memorial City area, to make reservations visit:  https://bit.ly/3p2PI29

NIA Veterans Business Force is honored to be sponsoring the American Legion in this group and will be enhancing their ongoing efforts to support our veterans and the community.
