Jinder Mahal took the heart of the WWE followed by his so-called underrated comedy acts, but it’s also true that the bodybuilder won the WWE Championship which has been causing conspiracy theory about the wrestler.
What is the reason for Jinder’s sudden uplift in the bodybuilding arena? Was it steroid or some sort of Performance Enhancing Drugs? Or is it because of the redesigned diet plan with exercise that brought him significant changes with enhanced confidence?
Jinder Mahal at Instagram openly refused that he has been taking steroids.
This put some fans into doubt since they have witnessed the bodybuilder’s former physique which undoubtedly seems a work of chemicals. Mahal without caring about the false accusation told that he knows what people are talking about him about the use of steroid and their wellness policy comments but they don’t see the efforts behind. This comes in a recent post by Jinder Mahal Instagram account.
TBT to a few weeks ago, no idea exactly when or where… Anyone else on the roster has veins in their abs?? And of course, I’ll get a hundred “steroid” or “wellness” comments …
I’ve been tested multiple times since coming back, and have never once in over 6 years with WWE had any issues. Follow my IG stories or my Snapchat and you can see that no one is out-training me, and no one is out-dieting me.”
Jinder Mahal Steroids Use
Jinder Mahal’s steroid use came into consideration by the bodybuilder Nick Miller first who released a video about Jinder Mahal. This was also on the top trend where he said after looking at joinders photos before he appeared in WWE made him suspect that he might be on steroids.
- Millers thought for 3 main reasons which were:
- Extreme vascularity on Jinder Mahal’s physique shows the low body fat which looks like he has been juicing.
- Sudden and stagy transformation of previous jinder’s body shape is also the reason.
- Jinder Mahal may have Gynecomastia which is mainly caused by disturbed hormonal levels. Increased estrogen levels are due to not providing time to PCT after the steroid cycle.
These points stood corrected after we took a look at Jinder Mahal’s diet, not just diet but what he does every day to motivate his Instagram fans.

He lugs around the suitcases and generally believes in high-intensity training.
He said “People don’t have that much knowledge about diet and the effects that diet alone can have on your body. If you see a bodybuilder before they’re in competition shape to when they get into competition shape, that’s all dieting, carb cutting, and macronutrients. I mean, you can totally transform yourself just by cutting carbs and even something as simple as drinking a gallon of water a day. The average person—like, 90 percent of the average population—is dehydrated. That’s another thing that I do now, which has been a huge key”.
