West Campus offers area residents access to expanded services in primary and specialty care
HOUSTON (Jan. 6, 2026) – The Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – West Campus renovations and expansion are now complete, opening a second, five-story, 125,000-square-foot medical facility adjacent to the original building on this property. West Campus expands access for patients with a total of 60 providers offering services and care. The campus is easily accessible from the West Grand Parkway at 2530 W Grand Parkway N in Katy.

Expanded Specialties
Patients have access to comprehensive adult and pediatric primary care, as well as access to expanded specialty care and newly added specialties in cardiology (general and interventional), dermatology, family medicine, gastroenterology, general surgery, infectious disease, internal medicine, neurology, OB/GYN, orthopedics – sports medicine, pediatrics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, spine and urology.
Planned expansion of specialty services includes the addition of providers in audiology, otolaryngology (ENT), endocrinology, ophthalmology, optometry and plastic surgery.
Expanded Ancillary Services
West Campus patients have access to many support services, including an on-site Kelsey pharmacy, laboratory, diagnostic X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac diagnostic imaging and plans to add MRI, CT and nuclear medicine.
