Katy, TX – Building on a legacy of service, we introduce the Katy Community Lions Club, a new chapter in Katy, Texas. The Katy Lions Club is no longer in operation, and we are excited to establish a fresh presence in the community, committed to serving with renewed energy and a focus on Lions Club International’s 8 Global Causes.
Our club has hit the ground running, collaborating with local businesses and organizations on various service projects. Notably, we partnered with Dick’s House of Sports in Katy for a clothing drive and two food drives, one in conjunction with HCESD 48 and the other hosted by the Katy Library. Additionally, we joined forces with the Brookshire-Pattison Lions Club, Cinco Ranch Lions Club, and the San Jacinto High Rollers to organize a motorcycle show at the annual Gator Fest Event, with proceeds benefiting the Texas Lions Camp.
These initiatives demonstrate our commitment to serving the community and making a positive impact. We believe that by working together, we can achieve even more! Therefore, we extend an invitation to local businesses to partner with us in our mission to make our community a better place. Together, we can make a difference.
We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 7 pm at Black Bear Diner, located at 24600 Katy Fwy #900, Katy, TX 77494. We invite all interested individuals who want to serve and give back to their community to join us and learn more about our mission and activities.
