Katy, TX – The Katy Area Safety Fest 2024 is set to make a big splash at its new venue, Typhoon Texas Waterpark, on September 28th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This year’s event promises a unique blend of safety education and family fun, bringing the community together for a day of interactive learning and entertainment.

The Katy Area Safety Fest is designed to provide an engaging and educational experience for families and individuals of all ages. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on safety demonstrations, meet local first responders, and explore a variety of safety-related exhibits. Highlights include:
- Learn essential safety skills from professionals in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
- Meet and interact with first responders and community safety experts.
- Tour fire trucks, police cars, and helicopters
- Exciting prizes and giveaways will be available throughout the event.
- Learn CPR, Stop the Bleed, and other lifesaving courses
In partnership with the Cody Stephens Foundation, we are offering heart screenings for attendees ages 11-24 to help prevent sudden cardiac arrest in young athletes. The first 100 screenings are FREE! After that, each screening is just $20 per person. Don’t miss this opportunity to prioritize your heart health!
