HOUSTON – The application for Uplift Harris, a guaranteed income pilot program, initially scheduled to launch today at 9 a.m., has now been delayed. The application launch is being delayed because Harris County Commissioners Court will discuss and take possible action on program details this Tuesday, January 9. Information on the new application launch date will be announced later this week.
Community members can still complete the interest form on the Uplift Harris website, Uplift.HarrisCountyTX.gov, to receive a notification when the application opens.
