This is a low-impact class led by an instructor in the 4-ft.-depth area of the pool. Space is limited to 40 participants. The class targets joint mobility and muscle strength conditioning. Preference of attendance is given to Harris County residents and those who reside within the Katy city limits. Those who reside outside Harris County are also welcome to join.
