HOUSTON – Texas-based homebuilder Perry Homes has added a 70-foot series to its list of product lines in the Katy master-planned community of Elyson by Brookfield Properties.
The builder’s 70-foot product, which is situated on a homesite that is 70-feet wide, is the first of its size offered in the West Houston area, in addition to its current 45-foot, 55-foot and 65-foot series. Prices for the 70-foot series in Elyson start from the low $700,000s.
One of the 14 floor plans available in this new section includes the builder’s popular 3,300 square foot open-concept home design, which features 12-foot ceilings, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, game room, and a three-car garage.
