Cross Creek Ranch Entry
Johnson Development is opening the doors to more than 120 models throughout the Houston area — including 30 in the west Houston area — during a “Best of the ‘Burbs” home tour April and May.
Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free. In addition to touring model homes filled with the latest design trends, eventgoers can also tour any available homes in the community. Several communities will also be hosting public events. “Many of the model homes on the tour reflect what today’s buyers are looking for in home design — efficient workspaces, relaxing outdoor areas and multi-functional rooms for entertaining,” said Christen Johnson, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Johnson Development. “And for those looking to move this year, our builders have a number of available homes to view. Serious buyers should not hesitate, though, homes are selling quickly.”
The three west Houston communities include Cross Creek Ranch, Cross Creek West and Jordan Ranch.
One of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, Cross Creek Ranch is a 3,200-acre community in Fulshear, just minutes west of the Grand Parkway off of FM 1093 and near the new Texas Heritage Parkway. Eighteen model homes will be available to tour, as well as dozens of available homes. Visitors can also stop in the welcome center at 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane for details on the community’s many amenities. The public is invited to an Art Market 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 23. Also, Italian Maid Café in the community is hosting Music on the Patio from 6-8 p.m. the second and fourth Fridays of the month during April and May. Jordan Ranch is a 1,350-acre project in Fulshear that is located one mile south of Interstate 10 and a few miles west of the Grand Parkway. Twelve new model homes will be open for touring. On Saturday, April 7, visitors can stop by the Sunset Market at Sunset Farm from 5 to 8 p.m. to shop vendors, listen to live music and purchase beer from a tap truck.
