Houston’s (HHH) annual gala has been reimagined into a unique, easy-to-engage with online digital event: 3 Days of Giving for Health and Hope. The event will be from November 17 – 19, 2021, leading into the Thanksgiving holiday.
Over the course of the three days, micro-videos of “Mission Moments” highlighting specific aspects of HHH’s work – for example, dental services, pediatric care or client stories – are posted across their website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), emails, text messages and other sharable platforms. …But they can’t do this alone. Teams of individuals will come together to promote support for this mission using an online peer-to-peer platform that facilitates shareability to a broad network of friends and family. People giving to people to provide care that restores health and stable housing for individuals and families in need.
Each day has a dollar-for-dollar match, doubling the impact of every donation and ensuring care for Houstonians in need. The matching gifts are generously provided by Trustmark Bank, Hagans Montgomery Hagans and PlainsCapital Bank, with more to come. Each Mission Moment video will also be introduced by a different well-known and deeply loved local Houston celebrity, with more partnership announcements coming soon.
