On October 10, 2018, Rohan Bhat, son of Ayshwarya and Chetan Bhat of Katy-Texas, achieved the rank of Eagle Scout – Scouting’s highest rank. Rohan is a member of BSA Troop 230 within Sam Houston Area Council.
