SPECIAL EVENTS The Katy Library will close early at 5pm on Wednesday, 11/27 and will be closed on Thursday, 11/28 through Sunday, 12/01 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Early Voting and Election Day for Harris County at the Katy Library Early Voting will take place for Harris County registered voters from 10/21 to 11/01.
