Jordan Ranch recently served up Cajun-style crustaceans to hungry crawfish lovers and $5,000 to adults with functional disabilities. Admission was free for the May 18 event, which included activities such as music, crawfish-eating contests, prizes and games for the kids. Attendees with a crustacean inclination paid $5 for an all-you-can-eat crawfish meal with traditional sides.
