Hurricane Relief Leader Honored at City Hall

Monday night at City Hall, Mayor Chuck Brawner honored the Texas National Guard colonel who led those much of those efforts from a makeshift headquarters in the Katy High School Library. For Sally Barnes, a Spanish teacher at Mayde Creek High School, the calls came from her hometown of Whitewater, Wisconsin. How could people help?
