Salad-Lovers Share Healthy-Eating Tips At Cinco Ranch Branch Library
Discover fresh ideas for new salads, or simply get inspired to eat healthier in September at Fort Bend County Libraries’ “Salad-in-a-Jar” event at the Cinco Ranch Branch Library on Tuesdays, September 4, 11, 18, and 25, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy.
Get tips on how to eat healthy all week long by preparing delicious and diverse salads in mason jars and other sealed containers. Each week, join other salad lovers in learning how to make new and interesting salads and committing to healthy eating habits!
Those attending this weekly get-together are asked to bring their own jars with lids and enough organic salad items to share.
The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required so that participants can learn what to bring each week.
