Beginning February 1 and every Monday and Friday through April 13, AARP will be offering free tax assistance to elderly and low-income individuals. AARP assistance on Mondays and Fridays, Feb. 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, and 28 runs from 10 AM to 2 PM.
