KATY —In Katy tomorrow, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) will deliver the commencement address for the University of Houston-Victoria’s fall commencement ceremony for more than 500 graduates from the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Business Administration, and the School of Education, Health Professions & Human Development.
