Investigators need the public’s help in identifying and locating the parents or guardian of a man found last night Saturday October, 19, 2019, in northwest Harris County.
The black male was transported to Houston Northwest Hospital for an unknown medical reason.
Deputies say he only knows his name as “Sam” he doesn’t know any other information about himself, family or caretakers.
Doctors say he is between 40 to 50-years of age.
