Little ghouls and goblins should plan to be at the Arboretum for this Family Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. to play, learn and enjoy an engaging day of activities.

At ArBOOretum, the Trick-or-Treat Nature Trail will lead kids on an adventure of discovery where they will learn about creatures that live at the Arboretum, while collecting candy along the way. Other favorite ArBOOretum activities throughout the day include:

  • Train Rides
  • Live Reptiles
  • Pumpkin Decorating
  • Petting Zoo & Pony Rides
  • Face Painting

Some “Spooktacular” new additions to ArBOOretum this year are:

  • Halloween Market – featuring activities and wares from local vendors
  • Pumpkin Patch – $5 pumpkins; unlimited photo opportunities
  • Spooky Science Show – Halloween-themed science experiments
