15-Year Construction Professional to Provide Growth and Leadership to the Firm’s Market Expansion Statewide
San Antonio, Texas – Srinath Kasturi, Executive Vice President of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that Rebecca Mansfield has joined the firm as Director of Client Relations. In this role at Cadence McShane, Mansfield will provide growth and leadership to the firm’s market expansion within the state of Texas.
Rebecca is a highly-respected construction professional with 15 years of experience where she has successfully built, established and maintained state and national end-user client relationships. Her unique understanding of business development initiatives throughout Texas, coupled with strong relationships that she has fostered throughout her career will allow her to cultivate new opportunities and advance Cadence McShane’s project portfolio.

Mansfield attended University of Texas at San Antonio and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication. She also attended University of Texas at Austin where she worked on her Master of Communication degree with a concentration in Rhetoric.
