Learn Tips And Tricks For Creative Nature Photography

            Fort Bend County Libraries’ Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library will present a special program, “Introduction to Nature Photography,” on Saturday, October 20, from 10:00 a.m .to 12:00 noon, in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 8100 FM 359 South in Fulshear.

Fort Bend Photography Club member John Donaho will share his expertise and unique approach to nature and wildlife photography. Learn about the equipment that is needed, including where to buy it, the average cost of the equipment, and how to make use of items already on hand. In addition to giving an overview of basic concepts such as shutter speed, aperture, and ISO, Donaho will provide tips on capturing better photographs.

A lifelong photography enthusiast, Donaho will share some of his photographs during the presentation, and will explain how he captured each image. He will also talk about his years working as a zoologist, where his love of wildlife photography began more than 40 years ago.

This program is intended for photographers of all skill levels, but special attention will be given to providing basic information so that even beginners can be successful.
