The HPRA speaker this Friday noon will be attorney Joseph Slovacek who, along with attorney Andy Taylor, is representing Allen Dacus. Mr. Dacus filed an emergency motion for “Expedited review of an emergency motion for writ of mandamus to order an election on a drainage fee city charter amendment” to comply with a mandate from the Texas Supreme Court.
