| The decedent’s hair is short, dark and graying particularly in the front. A short white mustache and beard were also observed. The decedent was clothed in a dark brown to black colored t-shirt (size L/G) and black suit pants (size 6). The pictures below illustrate a tattoo observed on the decedent’s right upper arm which consists of a circular image with the letters “C” and “A” in the circle. |
