Recovery Location: The decedent was found at the Fuqua Park and Ride in the 11000 block of Sabo Road in Houston, TX.

Sex: Male Height: 5’0” Age: Adult Race: Estimated to be White or Hispanic

 ADDITIONAL IDENTIFIERS:
The decedent’s hair is short, dark and graying particularly in the front. A short white mustache and beard were also observed. The decedent was clothed in a dark brown to black colored t-shirt (size L/G) and black suit pants (size 6). The pictures below illustrate a tattoo observed on the decedent’s right upper arm which consists of a circular image with the letters “C” and “A” in the circle.
CASE DETAILS:
The decedent was found in a grassy area of the Park and Ride parking area with no identification.
