This Friday noon the HPRA speaker will be Brent Southwell, who won a law suit against the Service Employees International Union. A Harris County jury found that the SEIU was too aggressive in its efforts to organize Mr. Southwell’s employees, and awarded him $5.3 million in damages. He will discuss this law suit and it implications for other employers.
