The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Ataul Hannan, the Planning Division Director for the Harris County Flood Control District. He was the lead project engineer for the Tropical Alison Recovery Project. Mr. Hannan, a Professional Engineer, is an expert modeler and a certified flood plain manager.
