Yoga

You asked for it, you got it!  Yoga has made its triumphant return to the Maud Marks Library with classes twice a month.  Yoga can be a very relaxing and centering exercise program.  Join us on Saturdays, November 4 at 10 AM and November 18 at 3 PM, as we learn about the benefits and basic how-to of yoga.  Bring your mat and join us as we exercise our minds and bodies.
