Houston-based Baker Katz, an X Team International partner and full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project development and leasing, has completed a lease on behalf of Snooze, an A.M. A 4,098-square-foot Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is slated to open this October at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch located on the corner of Grand Parkway and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in Katy, Texas. The restaurant will join notable national tenants, including J. Jill, Peli Peli, Trader Joe’s and more.

Snooze, An A.M. Eatery has grown to nearly 20 locations since opening their first restaurant in 2006. The restaurant has locations in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas and provides culinary innovation, an energetic atmosphere and friendly service to enhance the breakfast dining experience.
