HERNDON, Va. – Wanting to help individuals effectively deal with themselves, Charles Thomas Jr. wrote “Breakthrough: Stories of Resilience, Tragedy, and Triumph” (published by WestBow Press), which captures the lived experiences and collective wisdom of individuals from varied walks of life and shares stories of overcoming adversity.
Thomas explains, “This book offers insights and alternative perspectives that illustrate that we do not have to walk alone. We do not have to suffer in silence. We do not have to be isolated individuals.”
