Golf Talk hosted by the Central Fort Bend Chamber’s Young Professionals Committee

On Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. the Central Fort Bend Chamber’s Young Professionals Committee hosted Golf Talk sponsored by Oak Bend Medical Center at the Fort Bend Country Club in Richmond, TX. At Golf Talk, young professionals in Fort Bend County had the opportunity to receive hands on instruction from immediate past Chairman Jeff Haley, and Chair Elect John Kennedy.

With extensive backgrounds in golf, both Mr. Haley & Mr. Kennedy provided attendees with tips on improving their golf game and taught about the basics of golf etiquette. Mr. Haley played golf at the Texas Lutheran University and upon graduating, worked as a Pro at the Houston Country Club for six years, owned Lonestar Golf Academy in College Station for four years and spent five years as a Pro at the Houstonian Golf Club. Mr. Kennedy was a Pro at the Sweetwater Country Club for three years, followed by fourteen years with the Shadow Hawk Golf Club and the Houstonian Golf Club.
