Central Fort Bend Chamber’s Breakfast in the Bend hosted by Classic Chevrolet

The Central Fort Bend Chamber’s monthly networking Breakfast in the Bend was held on April 4th and was hosted at Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land. Trey Reichert of Johnson Development Corporation gave updates on their master-planned community, Veranda that is currently under construction in Richmond.

Johnson Development has eight communities located in Fort Bend County with the latest community being Veranda. Construction of Veranda began in July 2016 and will offer eight different products within the community to provide a wide selection for homeowners to choose from. Homes featured on the 589 acres will range from the $190s to the $600s with the goal of two thousand homes to be built. The new community will feature lush landscaping, meandering trails with benches set around the subdivision, and much more. Mr. Reichert shared the history of the naming of the new community and its ties to one of Texas’ most historic cities along with his excitement of Veranda’s future stating, “I hope you all can share in the excitement for this master plan community”.

Ray Aguilar with Classic Chevy also thanked attendees and introduced Brandon Sine, General Sales Manager with Classic Chevy who thanked guests for attending the monthly networking breakfast. “We are here to serve you and make sure everyone has a wonderful experience here at Classic”, stated Sine.
