Volunteer at the Library

Volunteer opportunities abound at the Maud Marks Library.  Volunteers are needed to help shelve, count patrons, and more.  We will be holding our next volunteer orientation on Thursday, April 7 at 4:30 PM.  Students should be in high school and must be able to commit to two hours a week.  If you would like to help in anyway, please contact Lauren Richards at 281-492-8592.

American Red Cross Opens Shelter, Requests Volunteers

In response to the storms and floods that are displacing local residents, the American Red Cross has opened a shelter at East Montgomery County Senior Center (formally known as the Bull Sallas Friendship Center), located at 21679 McCleskey Road in New Caney.
