July 11, 2017 – Sam Houston State University student Liza Viera surprises Katy ISD police officers with Saint Michael’s medallions, as part of her support campaign, “Back the Blue – Liza’s Mission.” The campaign started after last year’s deadly shooting of four Dallas police officers.
