Fort Bend County Libraries’ George Memorial Library announces the opening of a special exhibit, “The Arts of Russell Autrey: Artist, Photographer, Raconteur,” on September 9, in the Bohachevsky Gallery of the library, located at 1001 Golfview in Richmond.
