The Arc of Katy, a nonprofit organization providing opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, began its 2018 Summer Program Monday, June 4th and on hand to welcome the participants was Katy’s own Teddy Cop, alias, KISD Police Officer, Luis Santiago.
